About this event
LeAD Coaches will be trained in coaching skills, including:
Establishing a coaching agreement
Active listening
Asking powerful questions
Direct communication
Creating Awareness
Building trust and intimacy
Designing actions
Managing progress and accountability
Planning and goal-setting
Additionally, you’ll gain access to an evidence-based leadership development framework and practices. You’ll be eligible to sit for a certification exam after completing the training. Once certified, you’ll unlock the opportunity to use LeAD Labs' assessments and leadership development tools for the next year.
